Big news! Azerbaijan's government is imploding. The 80 year-old strongman and apparatchik Geidar Aliyev is in Turkey suffering from a "terminal illness, the current Prime Minister suddenly resigned and was replaced by Ilham Aliyev (or Aliyev Jr.).
